Local government Councils should involve their communities in decision making, while we acknowledge that it is not feasible to get everyone to contribute to evey community matter, suggestions, complaints and other feedback from local people and service users should be at the heart of every authority's decisions with regrads to service improvement.

The promotion of good governance is borne out of a long standing- commitment to the development of cutting-edge technical assistance and desire to improve people?s lives through improved services.

The goal is the promotion of effective decentralization, articulation of citizens opinions and comments, anti-corruption and transparency, civil society development, improved local government administration, and participatory processes which are all critical and interrelated tools for building a sustainable democracy and greater community involvement in governance.
